The Pixel Driver 500 is a versatile device for entertainment and architecture application. It supports ArtNet and DMX.  With 4 DMX outputs, it can convert ArtNet into 4 x 512 DMX channels for stage lights (Moving Heads, Par Lights, Bar/Batten, Strobes). Besides, it comes with 4 x 4-Pin XLR for Pixel DMX Tape light. Multi DMX channel modes makes programming for Pixel tape a breeze.

No, it does not support sACN at the moment.

2. How does this DRIVER support RDM?
No, it does not support RDM at the moment.

3. How do I set IP address for this node?
You can set IP address manually via display and encoder knob easily.

4. What IP address should I use for an Art-Net network?
The standard Art-Net IP range is 2.x.x.x (e.g., 2.0.0.10) with a subnet mask of 255.0.0.0. However, some setups use the 10.x.x.x range for better compatibility with modern networks.

5. My Art-Net node is not receiving data. What should I check?
- Check the IP address settings (must be in the correct range).
- Ensure the software is sending Art-Net data (use an Art-Net monitor tool).
- Disable firewalls that may block UDP traffic.
- Verify physical connections (Ethernet cables, switches, and routers).
- Confirm the correct universe assignment in both software and the node.
